How to request a refund from Apple

1. Go to the Apple support page and sign in using your Apple ID (usually the sign-in pop up appears automatically at the bottom of the screen):

2. Choose Request a refund, the reason for the request, and your purchase - Simple: Fasting & Meal Tracker Subscription:

Apple has a separate system for billing and payment information, and we ask you to contact Apple Customer Support directly to arrange a refund. Unfortunately, we don't have access to Apple's subscription or billing details to cancel or refund your purchase on our end.

That's it! Now you just wait for Apple's response. Should Apple decline to refund your purchase, please contact our customer support team by using the widget in the lower right corner or by emailing us at [email protected].
