How to get a refund if you subscribed on our website

If you are not satisfied with Simple, you might be eligible for a refund if you request it within 30 days after a subscription charge (i.e. either the initial subscription charge or any subsequent subscription charge once the subscription auto-renews).

How to get a refund if you subscribed on our website

  1. Cancel your subscription to avoid future charges. You can find the instructions in this article.

  2. Drop us a message by using the widget in the lower right corner. Please include the following information:

  • The email you used for signing up;

  • A receipt of the charge (we send it to your email after payment);

  • Date and time of the charge;

  • Transaction ID (if you paid via PayPal);

  • Last four digits of your card (if you used your credit card).

Our support team will get back to you as soon as they're available.

Keep in mind that uninstalling the app or deleting your account doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription—you’ll still be charged.
