Also, we have our commitment plans, where users agree to pay a reduced monthly amount for a commitment period of either 3, 6 or 10 months, helping them stay dedicated to their health journey. No. All charges are clearly outlined on the paywall. There are options to purchase our workbooks curated by our nutrition team, but these are optional and can be skipped. We also have discounts and plan upgrades you can choose if desired but these are also optional.

Yes, all Simple Premium subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing period. This ensures uninterrupted access to your premium features. If you do not wish to renew, you must turn off auto-renewal or cancel at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.

You can cancel your Simple Premium subscription at any time. The process depends on how you subscribed:
If you purchased through the App Store (Apple): Go to your device’s settings, tap your Apple ID, select "Subscriptions," find Simple, and tap "Cancel Subscription."
