Introducing the New Step Tracker

We want to share some exciting updates! To make tracking your progress even easier, we’ve separated the Step Tracker from the Movement Tracker.

You’ll now find the Step Tracker and Movement Tracker side by side in the Track tab. This change makes it simpler to monitor your steps and logged activities at a glance.

How It Works

  • Steps: Your daily steps are automatically synced from Apple Health (for iOS users) or Health Connect (for Android users).

  • If your Simple account isn’t yet connected to Apple Health or Health Connect, you can now link it directly from the Step Tracker. Simply tap on Connect and follow the instructions in the app to complete the setup. It's quick and easy!

  • Movements: All exercises and movements you log will now be added exclusively to the Movement Tracker.

Currently, your step goal is calculated based on the answers you provided during the initial quiz. While it isn’t possible to adjust this goal manually at the moment, we’re working on adding this feature in the future. Stay tuned!
