1. To log a movement or any type of exercise, tap the + sign next to Movement on the home screen of the app:
2. Customize your activity and tap Done:
How to edit logged movement
1. To edit a previously logged movement, tap on the pencil icon next to the go to the + sign.
2. Choose the activity you'd like to change, tap on Edit:
3. Tap on Edit again:
4. Edit your log and tap Done. That's it!
If you need to delete a logged activity, follow the same steps but tap on Delete when confirming the action.
How to change your activity goal
1. To change your daily exercise goal, navigate to the Progress tab at the bottom navigation menu
2. Tap on Edit goal:
3. Select the amount of time you would like to exercise daily. When you're done, tap Save to confirm.
If you would like to get more insights on your activity, when in the Progress tab, tap on the Movement area:
There you will be able to see detailed information on your logged activity over time, including streaks, type of activity you log, etc.
