How to log and edit movement and exercise

  • To log a movement or any type of exercise, tap the + sign next to Movement on the Track screen of the app:


  • Customize your activity and tap Done:


  • After your movement is logged, our algorithm will provide your personalized feedback and this reflects in your overall Success Score.


How to edit logged movement

  • To edit a previously logged movement, tap on the Movement tab.

  • Choose the activity you'd like to change, tap on Edit:


  • Tap on Edit again:

  • Edit your log and tap Done. That's it!

If you need to delete a logged activity, follow the same steps but tap on Delete when confirming the action.


Editing your Movement Goal

You're able to edit your Movement goal to your preferred duration.

  • From the track tab, you simply need to click on the Movement tracker.


  • Then click on the “Edit goal” button to update your goal.


  • You'll see the following pop-up, click Edit goal once again and choose your preferred hydration goals.


  • ​Now click on Save Goal and your Movement goal is now updated.
