How to Use the Wellbeing Tracker

You can log your symptoms directly in the app and receive personalized tips from Coach AVO on how to manage them. It allows you to log, monitor, and receive personalized feedback on your symptoms. The Wellbeing Tracker helps you stay mindful of your physical and emotional health, notice patterns over time, and take small, guided steps toward feeling better.


What You Can Do with the Wellbeing Tracker

This tracker allows you to:

  • Log daily symptoms to track how you’re feeling.

  • Receive tailored guidance from Coach AVO based on your entries.

  • Review your past symptoms and progress in one place.

  • Edit or delete entries to keep your wellbeing history accurate.

  • Understand trends in your overall health and wellbeing.


How to Log Your Symptoms

  1. Open the Track tab in your app.


  2. You’ll see the Wellbeing Tracker at the very top.


  3. Tap the + button to open the list of available symptoms. (You can tap the I'm feeling great button if you're not experiencing any symptoms)


  4. Select the ones you’re experiencing. Then tap Log entry to confirm.

Once logged, Coach AVO will share personalized feedback and tips to help you manage your symptoms.


You can choose to Chat more for more detailed feedback and breakdown.


These may include suggestions for rest, hydration, mindfulness, or daily habits to support your overall wellbeing.


Viewing Your Logged Symptoms

You can easily check your symptom history to reflect on how you’ve been feeling over time:

  1. Go to the Track tab and tap the + button to open the Wellbeing Tracker.


  2. Tap Journal (top right corner) and scroll through your logged symptoms.


  3. To view previous days, tap the left arrow beside the current date. You’ll see a full list of all your logged symptoms, along with the dates and times they were added. This makes it easy to review your wellbeing patterns and notice any recurring trends.


Editing or Deleting a Symptom Entry

Need to make a change? You can easily update or remove a symptom entry:

  1. Open the Wellbeing Tracker and tap Journal.

  2. Find the entry you want to update and tap the three dots (⋮) next to that entry.


  3. Choose Edit to make changes or Delete to remove it. Then Save changes

This ensures your wellbeing record always reflects how you truly feel.


Viewing Multiple Logs

If you’ve logged symptoms on multiple days, your track screen will display an overview of your recent logs; showing patterns, mood trends, and helpful insights to support your self-awareness and wellbeing goals.


Tips for Getting the Most Out of the Wellbeing Tracker

  • Check in regularly: Logging symptoms daily (or at least a few times a week) helps Coach AVO provide more accurate and meaningful insights.

  • Be specific: The more precisely you select your symptoms, the more personalized your feedback will be.

  • Review your trends: Use the Journal to spot connections between how you feel and lifestyle factors like sleep, activity, or stress levels.

  • Reflect often: Take a moment to notice how your wellbeing changes over time; even small patterns can reveal what truly supports you.
