Staying physically active is an essential part of your well-being. It's also an important part of the fasting experience for people who want to see some positive weight changes in their body. That’s why moving is such an important part of our weigh loss methodology and why we’ve made it part of your daily wellbeing goals.

With all of that in mind, we strongly encourage you to stay active and move as much as you can. After all, there's so much stuff to see and so many places to visit in life — and taking a walk instead of driving really lets you enjoy the scenery.

What types of activity can I track in the app?
Begin by tapping the + sign on the main screen to the right of Movement:

We support a large variety of activities, for example, cycling, walking, running, swimming, team sports, and others. If we’ve missed your favourite activity — do let us know.

How to log your activity:
Once you've selected your activity, simply select the appropriate details such as duration, intensity, and any other relevant information. This helps track your movement more accurately and contributes to your overall progress.
