Apple Health Integration
Apple Health Integration
Updated over a month ago

Apple Health is a powerful tool that allows you to track and manage your health and fitness data all in one place. With Simple, you can easily integrate your Apple Health data to get a comprehensive view of your health and wellness.

At the moment, it's possible to sync weight, water intake, and steps from Apple Health to Simple. This means that any weight, hydration, or step data you have recorded in Apple Health will automatically be transferred to your Simple account. This eliminates the need for manual data entry and ensures that your health data is always up to date.

When it comes to steps, we convert this data into minutes of activity, which are added to your daily activity goal on the Track screen.

The water intake you log with Apple Health will also be added to your daily goal on the Track page.

If you haven't connected Apple Health and Simple yet, please follow these steps:

1. Tap your profile icon at the top right of the app:

2. Scroll down and tap Health, Fitbit:
