A Commitment Plan is our subscription type designed to help you stay focused on your weight loss and wellness goals for a set period of time. By committing in advance, you’ll receive a reduced monthly rate compared to a standard subscription, while keeping yourself motivated to stay on track.
We offer 3, 6, or 10-month commitment period options.
How Commitment Plans Work
Monthly Billing – You’re charged once a month for the duration of your plan.
Commitment Period – You agree to keep your subscription active for 3, 6, or 10 months.
Extra Motivation – The plan is designed to encourage long-term focus and consistency in achieving your health goals.
Cancellation Options
Your cancellation terms depend on when you cancel:
Cancel within 7 days of purchase: Within the first 7 days, you can cancel your subscription in accordance with our refund policy. To do so, contact our support team by clicking the widget widget
in the lower right corner.
Cancel before the end of the commitment period: You can end your plan early, but a cancellation fee will be charged. You won’t be billed for remaining months.
Cancel at the end of the commitment period: Let your plan run until it finishes with your monthly charges. No cancellation fee will be charged, and you’ll keep access until the end of the commitment period.
What Happens After the Commitment Period Ends
Your subscription will automatically renew into a standard monthly plan and you can continue using the app without interruption.
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time with no cancellation fee.
How to Cancel a Commitment Plan
You can cancel your commitment plan within the app. To do this:
1. Tap on the profile icon on the Home tab. It's located at the top right part of the screen; in some versions, the profile picture might appear on the left side.
2. Scroll down and tap Manage subscription:
3. On the next screen, tap the Manage Subscription button one more time.
You will be asked to provide the email address you used to subscribe to Simple and later verify it with a code sent to that email address. Please follow the steps suggested by the app.
4. You’ll see two options:
Cancel now: When you choose to Cancel now, you'll be prompted to pay the cancellation fee
You'll follow the instructions to pay the fee and once successful your subscription has now been canceled.
Cancel at period end: When you choose to Cancel at period end, this means your plan will continue until your commitment term finishes and you'll be billed for the entire duration of the commitment term.

Your commitment plan will now be canceled at the end of your commitment period.
Notes
Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
Cancellation fees apply only if you end your plan before the commitment period finishes (except during the 7-day grace period).
Billing continues monthly until your plan ends or is cancelled according to the terms above.
