How to Delete Your Account or Request Data Deletion

If you would like to delete your account or request data deletion, please follow the steps below.

Privacy Compliance Note: We follow global privacy regulations such as the GDPR and CCPA to ensure your rights are respected.

In-App Account Deletion

  • Open the app and navigate to your profile by tapping the profile icon at the top of the Home/Track screen.

  • Scroll down and tap Delete Account:

  • Follow the prompts to confirm account deletion. You will see a confirmation screen informing you that your request has been submitted.

Request Account or Data Deletion via Email

You can request account or data deletion by emailing us at [email protected].

Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team by clicking on the widget in the lower right corner. Please include the email address of the account you would like us to delete from our system.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Account Deletion is Permanent: Deleting your account cannot be undone. All associated data will be permanently removed unless retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.
