Why Reset Your Account?
Sometimes things don’t go as planned—you might not have followed your program, or maybe your activity logs aren’t accurate anymore. If you feel like you want to start fresh, you can easily reset your account. This option lets you wipe out your data and begin again.
How to Reset Your Account
Go to your profile by tapping on your avatar in the upper right corner. Scroll down and then tap on Delete Account.
When presented with two options, choose the Reset My Account option.
Once you select reset, the process will start right away without any additional confirmation screens.
You’ll see a confirmation message once the reset is complete. You can then close the message and continue using the app as normal.
Important: When you reset your account, all your logs will be deleted permanently. It’s important to know that once they’re gone, you won’t be able to recover them.
Want to Delete Your Account Completely?
If you’re looking to permanently delete your account and all data associated with it, follow these steps:
When presented with two options, choose Delete Account instead.
Note: If you have an active subscription, the app will prompt you to cancel it first. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription, and we don’t want you to be charged for something you’re no longer using. Once the subscription is cancelled, you’ll be taken back to the deletion process.
If you don’t have a subscription, you can continue with the account deletion.
You’ll be asked to confirm that you understand the deletion is permanent and that it will erase all your data.
After confirming, you’ll see a final confirmation message that we have received your request to delete your Simple account. We will fulfill it within 30 days, following privacy regulations. Closing this message will return you to the sign-in screen.
