How to find your workout videos

Staying physically active is an essential part of your well-being. It's also an important part of the fasting experience for people who want to see some positive weight changes in their body. This is why we've incorporated several workout plans as part of your daily wellbeing goals.

The Simple app has a great variety of workout options. This is organized based on your subscription and the quiz results helps tailor the experience to individual goals, such as general activity, weight loss, or specific types of exercise like Pilates or Chair Yoga.

Good to know: Access to Pilates and Chair Yoga may be restricted based on the type of subscription you’ve purchased.

How to Access Workout Videos on the App:

  1. Open the App: Start by opening the app on your device.

  2. Navigate to "Explore": On the main screen, tap the "Explore" button at the bottom. This will take you to a section where you can browse available workout plans and activities.

  3. Choose Your Plan: Once you’re in the "Explore" section, look through the available plans. Scroll down slightly, and you should find your workout plan listed there.


4. Select and Start a Workout: You can select individual videos and start following along with the guided sessions.


5. Stay Consistent: Repeat the daily tasks or workouts to stay on track with your fitness goals. The more consistent you are, the better the results!

If you have purchased a subscription through the Pilates activity quiz or the Chair Yoga activity quiz, you’ll also find them in the Explore section. Once in the Explore section, scroll down through the available options until you find the Pilates Workout Library or Yoga Workout Library respectively.

📝 Here are a few tips for making the most of this workout and fasting combination:

  1. Tailor Intensity to Your Fasting Window: If you're doing intermittent fasting, try scheduling workouts during your eating window when you have more energy. If you’re exercising during a fasted state, consider low- to moderate-intensity workouts, like walking, yoga, or light resistance training, especially if you're new to fasting or working out.

  2. Hydration is Key: Whether fasting or exercising, staying hydrated is essential. Drink water throughout the day, especially before and after workouts. Herbal teas or electrolyte-infused water can also be beneficial.

  3. Rest and Recovery: Fasting can sometimes affect recovery, so make sure you’re getting enough sleep and eating nutrient-dense meals during your eating window to help your body repair and recover.

  4. Gradual Progress: If the workout videos are progressively more intense, make sure to listen to your body and adjust the difficulty as you go along. Start slow and gradually build up to higher intensity as your stamina and fitness improve.

  5. Consistency Over Perfection: Progress takes time, so it's important to stick with the plan week after week, adjusting as needed to ensure you're balancing both your fasting and fitness goals.
