To update your fasting schedule, please follow these steps:
1. To begin, tap the settings icon on the Track screen:
2. You will be directed to your current fasting schedule settings. Start by selecting your desired fasting and eating intervals. Tap on the arrow icon to modify your goal:
3. Choose your preferred interval and tap the arrow icon to close it:
4. Next, it's time to set your hours: tap and rotate the time wheel to decide on when you want to start and end your fast.
In the iOS version of the app, Simple offers the flexibility to customize the start time of your fast for each day of the week according to your preferences. To access this feature, toggle the 'Manual Schedule' option.
Additionally, you can designate any day as a "No Fast Day" by enabling the No Fast Day toggle (available for iOS users only).
If you prefer to fast at the same time every day throughout the week, simply toggle the Manual schedule off.
