You can get real-time answers to your nutrition and wellness questions from Avo™ to encourage you on your weight loss journey, which can save time and effort compared to searching for information on your own. Think of it as your interactive wellness assistant that can suggest a meal, recipe, or consult you on which fasting schedule to follow.
Please note that free users have limited access to AVO. While you can still interact with AVO, responses are restricted to two free replies per day.
Upgrading to a Premium subscription unlocks unlimited access, including daily check-ins and personalized guidance.
How to use Avo
Tap the Сoach tab
Check the box to agree to our Privacy Policy, and tap Let’s go.
You will see Avo™'s main chat screen. Ask straight away for something like "give me healthy snack ideas," "tips for eating healthy," "recipe ideas on a budget," "assistance with managing cravings," or "recommendations for optimal water intake."
Avo Calls: In-App Voice Calls from Coach Avo
Avo Calls is a feature that allows Coach Avo to place incoming voice calls directly inside the app. These calls are designed to offer quick, timely support, helping you stay engaged and make progress on your weight loss and wellness journey.
Note: Avo Calls is currently available only to selected iOS users as part of an experiment. If the feature isn’t available to you yet, you won’t see call-related options in the app.

How do I schedule Avo Call?
When Avo Calls are available to you, you’ll see a pop-up in the app inviting you to schedule a call with Coach Avo.You can:
Review and adjust the date and time
Confirm the schedule
Once confirmed, the call is saved. iOS may also ask for microphone access so the call can work properly.
Can I change or reschedule my Avo Call?
Yes. You can update your preferred call time at any time through Call Settings.
How to reschedule:
Go to the Home tab
Tap the profile icon (top-right corner)
Select Call Settings
Tap Preferred call time
Choose a new time and tap Save


What happens when the call starts?
At your scheduled time, you’ll receive an incoming call from Coach Avo.If your device is locked or the app is closed:
The call appears using the standard iOS incoming call screen (CallKit), with options to accept or decline.If the app is open:
A full-screen in-app call banner appears with Accept and Decline options.
What happens if I accept the call?
Accepting the call opens a dedicated in-app call screen and starts your coaching conversation with Coach Avo.
What happens if I decline the call?
Declining the call simply dismisses it with no further action.
Can I turn off Avo Calls?
Yes. Avo Calls are completely optional and can be disabled at any time.
To disable incoming calls:
Open the app and go to the Home tab
Tap the profile icon in the top right corner
Scroll down and tap Call Settings
Find Allow incoming calls
Toggle it off to disable AVO Calls
Once disabled, you won’t receive any future incoming calls from Coach Avo.
