What are no fast days?
Updated over a month ago

No Fast Days are the days when your fasting protocol allows you a break with no negative impact on your overall progress. Essentially, it’s a day when you have an expanded eating window.

Good to know: this feature is only available on the iOS version of the app at the moment.

To add a No Fast Day to your schedule, tap the settings icon to the left of the Start fast (End fast) button at the top of the Track screen:

After that, toggle on Manual Schedule:

Tap on the day of the week, then toggle on No Fast Day to activate it, and tap Save:

🎉 That's it!

We recommend setting up a No Fast Day if you know there will be days in your schedule when, for one reason or another, you know you won't be able to stick to your fasting schedule (e.g. a family dinner or a longer day at work).

If you have any questions or experience any problems with the app, please don't hesitate to contact us by clicking on the widget in the lower right corner.
