Simple leverages your survey responses to generate a personalized fasting plan within our app. This plan is taking into account the information you have provided. You can access it after logging into the app.


If you have not yet downloaded the app, please open this link on your phone to start the download process. Alternatively, you can search for Simple: Weight Loss Coach in the App Store or Google Play.


If you have registered with Simple using an email address, it's necessary to choose the email sign-in option within the app. Upon entering your email, we'll send you an authentication email. This is to verify your identity and grant access to your account.
