Simple Move is designed to make movement and healthy habits simple, enjoyable, and easy to stick with. Below are answers to some of the most common questions about using the app.
Who is Simple Move for? Simple Move is designed for adults of all fitness levels who want to build healthier movement habits through guided workout programs. Whether you're just getting started or looking for a structured routine, Simple Move offers programs that help you progress at your own pace.
What workout plans are available? Simple Move currently offers two workout plans:
Tai Chi — gentle, low-impact movement that improves balance, mobility, and flexibility.
Calisthenics — bodyweight exercises that help build strength, endurance, and functional fitness.

Can I switch workout plans? Yes. Open View Plan and select Change Plan.
Note: Switching plans resets your progress in your current workout plan.
Will I lose my progress if I change plans? Yes. Each workout plan has its own progression. When you switch plans, you'll begin the new plan from its first workout.
Do I need any equipment? No. Both Tai Chi and Calisthenics are designed to be completed without special equipment. Simply make sure you have enough room to move comfortably and safely.
How long are the workouts and how often should I do them? Workout length varies depending on the session and the workout plan. The estimated duration is displayed before you begin each workout. For the best results, complete your recommended sessions consistently. Your plan is designed to build healthy movement habits over time, so regular practice is more important than completing multiple workouts in one day.
Can I repeat previous workouts? Yes. You can revisit completed workouts whenever you'd like to practice again or repeat a favorite session.
When are new workouts released? Simple Move releases content one week at a time. New weekly sessions become available as you progress through your plan, and you'll receive a notification when a new week is ready.
What is Group Chat? Group Chat is a community space where you can connect with other members following the same workout plan. It's a place to:

What is the Nutrition tab? The Nutrition tab helps you build healthier eating habits alongside your workouts. From the Nutrition tab, you can:
Log meals and snacks.
Track your daily calorie intake.
Monitor your nutrition targets.
Review your daily nutrition progress.

How do I log meals? Open the Nutrition tab, select a meal, and choose one of the available logging methods. Simple will analyze your meal before you save it.

Can I edit or delete a meal after logging it? Yes. Select the meal from your Journal to edit the food, adjust serving sizes and/or delete the meal. Your Nutrition Dashboard updates automatically after any changes.
How are my nutrition goals calculated? Simple creates personalized nutrition targets using the information you provide during setup, including your health goals and profile information. To learn more, see Understanding your Nutrition Dashboard.
Can I use the Nutrition tab without following a workout? Yes. The Nutrition and Simple Move workout complement one another, but you can continue logging meals and tracking your nutrition regardless of your workout progress.
Do I need a Premium subscription? You can download Simple Move for free and begin with the introductory/welcome workout experience. However, a Premium subscription unlocks the complete workout program and additional features.
How do I manage my subscription? Open your Profile → Manage Subscription
From there, you can view or manage your subscription.
Will my subscription renew automatically? Yes. Your Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
