The Nutrition Dashboard gives you an overview of your daily nutrition progress. As you log meals throughout the day, your dashboard updates automatically to help you stay on track with your goals.
To access it, tap Nutrition from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.
What's on the Nutrition dashboard?
The dashboard is organized to help you quickly review your meal history and add new meals.
Daily calorie progress
Your calorie progress shows how much of your daily calorie target you've consumed.
Your target is personalized based on the goals you selected during setup.
Macronutrients
The dashboard tracks your daily intake of macros, protein, fiber etc. These totals update every time you add or edit a meal.
Daily meal timeline
Your meals are organized by day, making it easy to see everything you've logged.
Each meal displays information such as:
Meal type (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or Snack)
Meal name logged under each meal category.
Calories and macros
Simply tap any meal to view more details.
Meal nutrition
Selecting a logged meal lets you review its nutrition information, including the nutrients contributed by each food you logged. This helps you better understand how each meal contributes to your daily goals. Throughout the day, you'll see your nutrition progress update as you log your meals.
How Simple calculates your nutrition targets
Your daily nutrition targets are personalized based on the information you provide during setup, including your health goals and profile information. These targets help guide your daily food choices and provide personalized recommendations.
Using this information, Simple creates personalized daily targets for calories and macronutrients to help support your goals. As your goals or profile information change, your nutrition recommendations may also be updated.
You don't need to hit every target perfectly every day—your dashboard is designed to help you recognize patterns and make informed choices over time.
