Simple Move: Available workout plans

Simple Move currently offers two workout plans:

Tai Chi: Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact program that uses slow, flowing movements to help improve balance, flexibility, coordination, mobility, and mind-body awareness

This plan is ideal for anyone looking to improve overall movement through mindful, accessible exercises.

Calisthenics: Calisthenics is a structured bodyweight training program designed to help you build strength, endurance, stability, functional fitness and healthy movement habits. No equipment is required—just your body and enough space to move comfortably.

Switching workout plans/How to change your plan

You can switch between Tai Chi and Calisthenics at any time. To change your plan:

  1. From the Home page in the Simple Move app.

  2. Tap on your Plan.

  3. Select Change Plan.

  4. Choose the workout plan you'd like to follow.

  5. Confirm your selection.

Important: Switching plans resets your progress in your current workout plan. You'll begin the new plan from its first workout.
