How to log and edit drinks

How to log a drink

  • You can log your drink directly by tapping on the + sign from the Quick Log button on the Success Score zone



    or from Hydration button on the Track tab



  • In either case, choose and customize your drink and tap Done:

  • After your drink is logged, our algorithm, designed by our nutrition scientists, will provide a breakdown of the drink and AVO personalized feedback; and this reflects in your overall Success Score.

  • This logged drink also reflects on your Success Score zone. The Quick Log button on the home screen will now animate and fill up as you track.


Note: If you had several drinks, such as, water then tea, you can log them one at a time.


How to edit logged drinks

  • To edit a previously logged drink, tap on the Pencil icon next to the + sign:

  • Find the drink you want to edit and tap Edit:

  • Then tap Edit again:

  • Edit your drink and tap Done. That's it!
    ​​If you wish to delete the entry instead, tap on "Delete" and confirm.


Editing your Hydration Goal

You're able to edit your hydration goal to your preferred quantity.

  • From the track tab, you simply need to click on the pencil widget on the hydration tracker.

  • Then click on the “Edit goal” button to update your goal.

  • You'll see the following pop-up, click Edit goal once again and choose your preferred hydration goals.

  • Now click on Save Goal and your hydration goals is now updated.
