How to log a drink
1. To log a drink, tap the + sign next to Hydration on the home screen of the app:
2. Customize your drink and tap Done:
If you had several drinks, such as, water then tea, you can log water, then choose the "Add Another" option to log the tea. You should then see the two option as below:
How to edit logged drinks
1. To edit a previously logged drink, tap on the Pencil icon next to the + sign:
2. Find the drink you want to edit and tap Edit:
3. Then tap Edit again:
4. Edit your drink and tap Done. That's it!
If you wish to delete the entry instead, tap on "Delete" and confirm.
How to change your hydration goal
1. Navigate to the Progress tab from the tracker screen
2. In the Hydration section, tap on Edit goal:
3. Select the amount of liquid you would like to consume daily. When you're done, tap Save to confirm.
If you would like to get more insights on your hydration patterns, when in the Progress tab, tap on the Hydration area:
There you will be able to see detailed information on your logged hydration over time, including hydration ratio, favourite drinks, etc.
