At Simple, we want you to feel in control of your subscription. Our goal is to make the process clear and straightforward, so you can choose what works best for you.
Before canceling: options you may want to consider
If you’re thinking about canceling because you feel stuck or need a change, here are a few alternatives that might help:
Pause your plan: If you just need a break, pausing your subscription can be easier than canceling (learn how to pause your plan here).
Contact our support team: Sometimes a small adjustment can make a big difference. Our team is happy to help you find an option that better fits your needs.
If canceling still feels like the right choice for you, follow the steps below to proceed.
Important: Where did you purchase your subscription?
To see the correct cancellation steps, see the dropdown below to select how you originally subscribed to Simple:
I subscribed via the App Store (iOS)

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple ID account settings.
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your name (Apple ID), then select “Subscriptions”.
Tap Simple in your active subscriptions.
Select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts until you see a confirmation.
Note: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. To request one or learn more about managing subscriptions, visit Apple Support.
I subscribed via Google Play (Android)

You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Option 1: Cancel from inside the Simple app
To do this:
Open the Simple app and tap the profile icon (top right of the Home screen).
Scroll down and tap Manage subscription.
On the next screen, tap Manage subscription again—you’ll be redirected to your Google Play Subscriptions.
Tap Simple: AI Weight Loss and Health
Tap Cancel subscription, then confirm.
Option 2: Cancel directly in the Google Play Store
Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
Tap your profile icon (top right).
Select Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
Find Simple in your list of active subscriptions.
Tap it, then select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts until you receive a confirmation that your cancellation is complete.
Note: Refunds for Play Store purchases are handled directly by Google. To request one or learn more about managing subscriptions, visit Google Play Support.

You can cancel a subscription purchased through our website at any time by following these steps:
Open the Simple app: Tap the profile icon at the top of the Home or Track tab
Tap “Manage subscription.” Then tap the same button again on the next screen.
Enter your email: Use the email address you subscribed with and verify with a code sent to that email address. Then follow the instructions in the app.
Go to Plan Management: You’ll be redirected to your profile page—scroll down and tap “Plan Management.”
On the next screen, you will see the page with your Simple Premium subscription details. Here, you have the option to pause or cancel your subscription. Select ‘Turn-off auto-renewal’ to cancel your subscription
Complete the short survey. Then you’ll see a confirmation once your cancellation is complete.
On a Commitment plan?
Some users are on a Commitment Plan, which is slightly different from a regular subscription. If this applies to you, the cancellation steps are different. Click here to learn how to cancel a Commitment Plan.
Not sure if you're on a commitment plan? Open the Simple app and tap “Manage Subscription” from your profile. If you see the words “Commitment Plan” above your billing details, use the link above to learn how to cancel.
Note: Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription, you'll still get charged. To avoid future charges, you must cancel your subscription by following the instructions above.
