If you purchased your subscription through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android), cancellation must be done directly through Apple or Google.
For iOS (App Store Subscription)
You can cancel your subscription anytime by turning off auto-renewal through your Apple ID account settings. To avoid being charged, cancel the subscription in your Apple ID account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Apple handles all refunds for App Store purchases so you can visit the Apple support page. to submit a request and to also find out more about managing your subscriptions.
To cancel your subscription:
Open Your Device Settings
Tap the Settings app on your device.
Go to Apple ID & Subscriptions
Tap your name/Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Select Subscriptions.
Find & Cancel Simple
Locate Simple in your active subscriptions.
Tap it, then select Cancel Subscription.
Follow the prompts until you see a cancellation confirmation.
For Android (Google Play Subscription)
For Android users, you can cancel your subscription in two ways:
Cancel from inside the Simple app.
Cancel directly in the Google Play Store app.
Cancel from inside the Simple app
To do this:
1. Tap on the profile icon on the Home tab. It's located at the top right part of the screen; in some versions, the profile picture might appear on the left side.
2. Scroll down and tap Manage subscription:
3. On the next screen, tap the Manage Subscription button one more time.
You'll be directed to your Play Store subscriptions from the Manage subscription button.
4. Choose Simple: Intermittent fasting and meal tracking:
6. On the next screen tap the Cancel subscription button and confirm this action:
Your subscription is now canceled and you will not be charged in the future.

Google Play also manages refunds for purchases made through their platform.
You can visit Google Play’s support page to find out more about managing your subscriptions and requesting a refund.
Open the Play Store app on your Android device.
Go to Subscriptions
Tap on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
Select "Payments & subscriptions."
Tap on "Subscriptions."
Find and Cancel Simple
Choose Simple from the list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen steps.
You’ll see a confirmation once cancellation is complete.
