Lemon and Herb Salmon in Foil

This recipe is the perfect way to cook salmon for an easy and nutritious dinner. Serve with veggies or any other side dish you like.

Ingredients

-1 ½ lbs salmon fillet

-2 green onions

-3 garlic cloves

-4 sprigs fresh dill

-1 lemon

-1 tsp olive oil

-salt and pepper to taste

Useful tip

If you don’t have fresh dill on hand, you can easily swap it for 1 teaspoon of dried dill.

Directions

Start with preheating the oven to 400°F. Then, layer a sheet of foil onto a baking dish and lightly drizzle it with olive oil.

Next, thinly slice the lemon and crush the garlic cloves. Place the salmon fillet on foil, season with salt and pepper, and add crushed garlic, lemon slices, and dill. Try to cover the fillet evenly with the spices.

Place a second sheet of foil over the top of the salmon and pinch the edges together to create a tight seal. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until salmon flakes when tested with a fork.
