At Simple, we are committed to helping our customers not only via email, but also in our Facebook community, where people from all over the world come to share their experiences.

Our Simple Community is a place to connect, discuss your fasting lifestyle, share your challenges and successes, and get answers to your questions, no matter how big or small.

After all, we're all on this adventure together!

🤔 Great, how can I benefit from this?

We as humans enjoy each other's company and often want to share our wins and losses with someone who understands us. To make sure you don't feel alone on your intermittent fasting journey, we created our Community for like-minded individuals where you can:

  • Find your fasting buddy. Two heads are better than one! Find a person who will fast with you, and share your results.

  • Get motivation and insights about using the app and fasting. Learn how fasting affects the body and what the side effects are.

  • Learn useful recipes to cook. Ever wanted to try butternut squash soup? We got you covered.

  • Communicate with fellow Simple users and share your story.

💬 The Simple Community is constantly growing and we have very active users. Our Facebook page has 1,000+ posts daily.

We're glad to hear that! Head over to our community page on Facebook and send a request to join. Our community admins will approve your request as soon as they can.

📜 Are there any rules to follow?

A few. We’re all here to receive and give support in fueling our journey with intermittent fasting, and being part of this group requires mutual trust. To ensure our community is a safe place for everyone, we have 10 short rules that our users are asked to follow. You can find them on the "About" page here.
