You can choose a preferred measurement system: imperial (lbs, ft) or metric (kg, cm). Here's how you can do it.
Tap your profile icon at the top of the app (in some versions of the app, the profile icon might be on the upper right side):
Scroll to the Settings section → Measurement System:
