You can choose a preferred measurement system: imperial (lbs, ft) or metric (kg, cm). Here's how you can do it.
Go to the Profile section by tapping the profile icon in the upper-right corner (it may appear on the Home, Track, or My Plan tab in different app versions)
Scroll to the Settings section → Measurement System:
