⚖️ Tracking weight regularly gives us insight as to where we are in our journey. It’s important to know that weight is not the only indicator of your progress, but it can help you know if you’re traveling in the right direction.
With the Weight Tracker, you can log your weight, view your progress, and monitor your weekly trend.
How to log your weight
You can open the Weight Tracker from the Nutrition tab or by tapping the + (Quick Action) button next to the Nutrition tab.
To log your weight:
Tap the + button in the weight tracker or the Track weight button in the quick action button.
Enter your current weight.
Save your entry.
Your latest weight will be added to your history and used to update your progress.
View your weight history
The History section lets you review previous weight entries. To view your weight history, simply tap the weight tracker from the Nutrition tab. Once opened, you'll see:
Each entry includes:
Your current weight/last logged weight
The date it was logged
A weight progress chart
Your weekly trend at that time (for example, Stable Weight)
Reviewing your history can help you spot long-term trends rather than focusing on day-to-day fluctuations.
Understand your weekly trend
Based on your recent weight entries, you can understand how your weight is changing. Your trend is calculated from your recent weight history and updates as you log new entries.
Edit your weight goal
You can update your goal at any time.
To edit your goal:
Open the Nutrition tab. Tap the three icons on the top right of the page
Open the menu.
Tap Edit weight goal.
From there, you can update:
Your goal
Your starting weight
Your start date
Your target weight
Available goals include lose weight, maintain weight. gain muscle.
When you're finished, tap the ✓ checkmark to save your changes.
Tip: For the most accurate progress, try logging your weight under similar conditions each time—for example, in the morning before eating or drinking. Consistency is more important than weighing yourself every day.
