How to get started and access your exercises

Signing in for the first time

  1. Open the Simple Move app on your phone.

  2. Enter your email address in the field on the welcome screen.

  3. Tap Send verification code. A 6-digit code will be sent to your email inbox.

  4. Open your email app, find the message from Simple Move, and note the 6-digit code.

  5. Return to the Simple Move app and enter the code on the verification screen.

  6. You're in, no password to remember!

If you don't receive the code within a minute or two, tap Resend once the countdown timer finishes.

Your Welcome Workout

Before you can access the full program, you'll complete a short Welcome Session designed to gently introduce you to Tai Chi. This is the same starting point for every member and only takes a few minutes.

Tap Start to begin, or tap Remind later if you'd like to come back to it shortly. Keep in mind that the rest of the app — your weekly sessions and Group Chat — won't be available until the Welcome Workout is complete, so it's worth doing first.

Once you finish, you'll see a confirmation screen letting you know your plan has been unlocked. Tap View weekly plan to get started.

Accessing your daily session

  1. From the Home screen, check that today's day is selected in the strip at the top (the current day is highlighted in purple).

  2. Your session for the day appears as a card on screen. Tap it to open the session details, where you'll see the session name, duration, and a brief description.

  3. Tap Start to begin.

Within an open week, you can do the days in any order — so if you miss a day, simply pick up wherever feels right.

Your 6-week plan

Scroll down on the Home screen to see your full 6-week calendar laid out week by week. Completed sessions are marked as you go, so you can always see your progress at a glance. Sunday is a built-in rest day — a gentle pause that is part of the plan, not a missed session.

If sessions in future weeks appear greyed out, that's expected—new weeks unlock every Monday at 10:00 AM.
