Your profile and settings

Your profile is your personal space in Simple Move. To access it, tap your profile icon in the top right corner of the Home screen.

What you'll see on your profile

At the top of the screen you'll find your name and the date you joined Simple Move. Below that, three tiles give you a quick snapshot of your activity:

  • Sessions — the total number of sessions you've completed.

  • Minutes — the total time you've spent practicing.

  • Claps sent — the number of waves you've sent to other members who were practicing at the same time as you.

Scroll down to find your History and Favorites.

History shows a monthly calendar view of your activity. Use the arrow buttons to move between months and see which days you practiced.

Favorites shows sessions you've saved during practice. Tap any session to go straight to it, or tap View all to see your full list.

Editing your profile

To update your profile details, tap Edit Profile on your profile screen. From here you can:

  • Change your photo — tap Change Photo to take a new photo or choose one from your photo library.

  • Update your name — edit your first and last name in the fields provided and tap Done.

  • Set your birthday — tap the Birthday field and scroll to select your date of birth, then tap Done.

Tap the “X” in the top-left corner when you’re done to close the Edit Profile section.

Settings

To access Settings, tap the gear icon in the top right corner of your profile screen.

What's in Settings

  • Edit Profile — update your name, photo, birthday.

  • Audio Settings — turn coaching audio or haptics on or off to suit your preference.

    Coaching On — your coach guides every movement.

    Coaching Off — video plays without spoken coaching.

    Section Break Only — coach speaks only between sections.

  • Notifications — turn Practice Reminders on or off based on your preference. You can also turn Weekly Plan and Claps notifications (from other users) on or off.

  • About Us — learn more about Simple Move.

  • Manage Subscription — view or make changes to your subscription.

  • Support & Feedback — get in touch with our team or share your feedback.

  • Legal — view our terms and privacy policy.

Logging out and Deleting your account

To log out of your account, scroll to the bottom of the Settings screen and tap Log out.

If you'd like to permanently delete your account, tap Delete Account at the very bottom of the Settings screen. Please note that this action cannot be undone and all your data will be lost.
