How to adjust your Meal Settings

You can easily customize how many meals you have per day and set the exact time for each one. Once updated, these meal settings automatically sync across the entire app, including the Track tab, Home tab, and your phone’s Live Activities or Home Screen Widget.

Please note that this feature is currently available only for iOS users and in English


How to Adjust Your Meal Settings

  • Open the Track tab in the app and tap the settings icon next to the Start / End Fast button.


  • You’ll be taken to your current fasting schedule settings. Scroll down and tap Mealtime setup option.


  • Select how many meals you want per day (anywhere between 2 and 5). Set a specific time for each meal. Tap Edit to make any changes.


  • Then tap Set mealtimes to save.


What Happens After You Update Your Meal Settings

  • Your chosen number of meals will appear throughout all relevant areas of the app.

  • Your phone’s Live Activities and Home Screen Widget will automatically show the updated meal times.

  • You can return to the same settings at any time to adjust your meal schedule as needed.
