At Simple, we understand the importance of exercise in your weight-loss journey. That’s why we’re excited to introduce a new, personalized workout experience designed to support your goals. With an extended exercise library and deeper personalization based on your needs, we’re making workouts a seamless and integral part of your daily routine.

Workouts: A New Part of Your AVO Check-Ins

With this update, workout plans become a core feature of AVO, your 24/7 virtual coach. They are now integrated into the AVO check-in process, providing you with tailored daily tasks to help you stay on track. Here’s how it works:

Daily Check-Ins with AVO

Each day, AVO will include a workout task as part of your personalized check-in routine. You can decide whether to complete all other tasks first or dive straight into the workout—it’s entirely up to you!

Note: We encourage you to complete your daily check-ins to ensure your plan offers a balanced selection of tasks, including workouts. This helps you stay on track and make consistent progress toward your goals.

Flexibility for Your Lifestyle

We understand that life can get busy—whether you're feeling under the weather, have a packed schedule, or just need a break. That’s why you don’t have to complete your workout all at once.

Our priority is to help you build sustainable, healthy habits over time. Even completing a shorter or modified version of your recommended exercise contributes to your progress and supports your weight-loss journey. Plus, you can save your progress and return to finish the workout later.

Please note that, for now, your progress will only be saved for the remaining days within the same week.

Personalization

All our workouts are designed based on the information you provided during the quiz. Additionally, they are further tailored to your progress and previous sessions. You also have the flexibility to adjust them to suit your preferences and needs.

  • Choose Your Intensity: Select from light, medium, or high intensity levels.

  • Target Specific Areas: Focus on areas that matter to you, such as back- or neck-friendly workouts.

This ensures that your routine aligns with your preferences and supports your fitness goals effectively.

  1. Do I need to work out every day?
    No, you don’t! Your personalized plan is designed to be flexible. Even completing 1–2 exercises a day is a success, helping you build micro-habits that support your long-term goals.

  2. Are the workouts personalized to me?
    Yes, workouts are tailored based on your initial responses to our quiz and dynamically adjusted according to your activity level. For example, if you’ve been inactive for a week, AVO will recommend easier workouts to help you ease back in.

  3. How often is the workout plan updated?
    Every Monday, we provide you with a new, tailored workout plan for the week, based on your progress from the previous one.

  4. Is there sound and instructions?
    Yes! All workouts include automated audio instructions.

  5. Can I play my own music while doing the exercise?
    Definitely! With Simple, you can sync your favorite music player on your device for a personalized soundtrack, perfectly aligned with the audio instructions.

  6. Can I stream workouts to my TV?
    Yes! You can stream workouts to your Smart TV using Chromecast or by mirroring your screen from your device.
