We’ve introduced AVO Check-in and Streaks to help you stay on track and build healthy habits. Daily Check-ins with Coach AVO help you form a habit and get a plan everyday to help move in the direction of your weight loss goals. It keeps you accountable and provide personalized guidance.

Setting up Streaks
Set Your Streak Goal:
On your first login, you'll be asked to set a daily check-in streak. You can choose from three options:7 days
14 days
30 days
Select the option that feels most achievable for you. Remember, it’s about consistency, not perfection!
After you've chosen your desired streak (7, 14, or 30 days), the option you selected will turn purple to confirm your choice. Once your streak is highlighted in purple, simply click the Set Goal button to finalize your choice.
2. You'll see a pop-up screen showing “Commit to taking action!”. Click Set Goal, once more. Now, you're all set up.
This step helps ensure that you're clear on your goal, and once confirmed, you'll be all set to start tracking your daily check-ins! It’s a simple process that helps you stay focused on your commitment. Ready to choose your streak?
Each day you check in, you'll be one step closer to achieving your goal. You’ll be able to visualize your streak and stay motivated as you build your routine.
Here's how to use your daily check-ins and Streaks:
To start your Check-inTap on the Start now button on the Home tab.
After your Check-in is completed, a splash screen is shown with check-in started. Also the streak counter on the home screen is updated.
As you check-in daily, the home counter keeps updating.
This setup is all about creating small, consistent actions that lead to big changes over time. What streak goal feels right for you: 7, 14, or 30 days?
