It's not possible to change your account email through the app, but our team will be happy to change it for you.
Simply tap the widget in the lower right corner to contact our support team and provide us with your User ID and your desired new email.
Here’s how you can find your User ID in the Simple app:
Open the Simple app on your device.
From the Home/Track screen, tap the profile icon located at the top right of the screen.
In the Profile section, scroll down to the very bottom of the screen.
You’ll see your User ID displayed there.
To copy the User ID, just tap on it, and it will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
Paste the User ID into a reply to this email and send it to us.
