Brett has always been active — hiking, trail running, rock climbing — but his weight stuck at 215-220 pounds regardless. So, he decided to give IF a try upon a friend’s recommendation.

Brett has followed the 18:6 intermittent fasting protocol for more than a year now, and his results are impressive — he’s down 50 pounds! Brett added muscle mass, strength, and endurance by combining regular running workouts with IF. Now, he runs 70 miles per week and is training for his first ultra-marathon — a 100k trail race!
