Tabitha said intermittent fasting has been easy for her since day one. However, she found it hard to overcome hunger initially. Learn what helped Tabitha deal with it.

๐Ÿ’ง โ€œAt night, I would drink a bottle of water and just tell myself that I can have whatever it is that I want in the morning. And by morning, Iโ€™d tell myself that Iโ€™m too busy to eat. Before I knew it, I was open for eating and then would change my mind on what I wanted to eat.โ€

Essential Advice for Fasting Newbies

โ€œTake it one day at a time. Relax and enjoy the process because this is a lifestyle. This wonโ€™t be easy if youโ€™re used to eating all day long, but it will be worth it! Trust your body and never judge your own success by someone elseโ€™s.โ€
