Good question! The answer is yes.

🍺 Beer has quite a few calories (~43 per 100 ml in regular beer, and ~37 per 100 ml in non-alcoholic beer), and one of its main ingredients is a refined carbohydrate. Drinking it will break your fast.

Drinking during your eating window, however, won't negatively impact your fasting state, as long as you're drinking in moderation.
